How To Install My Exercise App

This free app is for patients of Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust to access details of their personalised exercise programme prescribed as part of their treatment. Please note, the exercises are recommended following a full assessment and are recommended for the duration defined by the clinician at the time of prescribing. If there are any changes to overall health or any new health conditions arise, the patient is advised to consult a healthcare professional for further guidance before exercising.

What’s new

Educational videos now play immediately in full screen, with their own mute button. Exercise parameters are shown in a consistent order, results are sorted newest first, and headlines got a bolder look. We also fixed programs not ending on time, a paused timer restarting on its own, access codes being lost when opening a program link, clipped button labels in some languages, and various other small issues.
